Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Bill Reminder application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bakaev Mansur (ะ˜ะŸ) ("Developer", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Bill Reminder, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) and agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Bill Reminder offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Free Trial: The 3-day free trial is available only on the Yearly Plan and only for new subscribers who have not previously used a free trial for this subscription. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at $9.99/year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The Lifetime plan and Monthly plan do not include a free trial.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing your subscription: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Bill Reminder. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Premium features until that date.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not process refunds ourselves.

To request a refund from Apple:

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Refunds for subscription purchases are at Apple's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality โ€” including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and logos โ€” are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its content.

7. User Content

All data you enter into Bill Reminder (bill titles, amounts, dates, etc.) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, use, or claim any rights to your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Bill Reminder is a reminder tool only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bills are paid on time. We are not liable for any missed payments, late fees, or financial consequences.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES โ€” INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL โ€” ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Your right to use the App terminates immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. For material changes, we will provide in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.
